Return and Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a refund by contacting us at customercare@legacygems.net. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

• All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. 
• We are unable to accept any item that has been used such as the Gem Mining Bucket of any size. In addition, we cannot accept return items that are not in the original packaging or with a broken seal (our Gem Mining Buckets). 
• Items returned in used or poor condition or if the items are missing parts will not be refunded.
• If a package or product appears damaged or is not in original packaging the refund will be denied.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us at customercare@legacygems.net within 48 hours of delivery for defective or damaged products so we can immediately correct the issue.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at customercare@legacygems.net to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We will not refund a return if it is lost in transit.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Original shipping is not refundable.
